Every bottle is prepared with the same care my parents instilled in me: real ingredients, no preservatives, no shortcuts — ever. Just garlic, ginger, lemon, vinegar, and time.

Today, we produce everything in an FDA-registered food facility in Chicago, IL — and every batch is lot-coded for traceability.

We choose the more challenging path because it’s the right one. We stay true to the food, to our roots, and to you.
